Did someone mention this Tong is impotent, actually he himself understand what material he really is. All the HK people could see and feel from his performance in the past. I feel pity for him he is now saying in the way the other minds' words. He can only repeat the preset speech with silly smile, but when face the not preset question, we can see he resumes his own so scare of speaking for he does not know how to response. It is not like the emperor in the ancient dynasty to act, it is so poor for the HK society in case to have this fool for our Chief Executive.
